Refund policy

Because all of our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept physical returns. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it at info@purifibre7.com so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, spoiled, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To process your claim, we may ask for clear photos of the affected item(s) and packaging as proof.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to the nature of our products, all food and perishable items cannot be returned once delivered. This is to protect the health and safety of all our customers and to comply with food safety regulations. We also cannot process claims for damage caused by improper storage after delivery, or for minor cosmetic variations in food appearance that do not affect quality or safety. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've reviewed your claim and let you know if the refund or replacement was approved or not. If approved, you'll have the option of a full refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a replacement shipment at no additional cost. Refunds are processed within 5 – 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we've approved your claim, please contact us at info@purifibre7.com. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the entire order was lost or undeliverable due to our error. If a replacement shipment is issued, we will cover all associated shipping costs.
