Some items in our store may be offered to you as a one-off single purchase, a bundle, or a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Single Purchase
A single purchase is a one-time order for one or more individual products. Payment is collected in full at checkout and your order will be dispatched once payment is confirmed. As our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed. If you have an issue with your order upon delivery, please refer to our Refund Policy for details on how to submit a claim.
Bundles
Bundles allow you to purchase a curated selection of PuriFibre products together, often at a discounted rate. Bundles are treated as a single order and are subject to the same conditions as a single purchase. Once a bundle order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or returned. If any item within your bundle arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please refer to our Refund Policy for how to lodge a claim.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout. Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration.
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time before your next scheduled order is processed. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order where you can manage your subscription directly. If you need assistance, you can also contact us at info@purifibre7.com. Please note that cancellations requested after an order within your subscription has already been processed and dispatched cannot be refunded or returned, as our products are perishable. We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order is processed, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been confirmed and dispatched.
