Overview

PuriFibre ships Australia-wide via Australia Post. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Please allow 1 – 2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched before the shipping timeframe begins.

Shipping Options and Costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders Australia-wide, with no minimum spend required. For customers who need their order sooner, we also offer Express Post as a paid upgrade at checkout. Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel size.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard shipping delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. As a general guide, metropolitan areas can expect delivery within 3 – 5 business days, while regional and rural areas may take 5 – 7 business days or longer.

For Express Post, Australia Post guarantees next business day delivery to addresses within the Express Post next business day delivery network, which covers approximately 80% of Australian addresses, including most capital cities and major centres (excluding Darwin and Perth outside the CBD). For addresses outside this network, Express Post items are delivered as quickly as possible using available transport links, which is generally 2 – 3 business days. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high demand periods, public holidays, or factors outside our control.

Tracking Information

All orders are sent with tracking included. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at any time via the Australia Post website at auspost.com.au or through the Australia Post app.

PO Boxes and Remote Areas

We ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers Australia-wide via Australia Post. Please note that deliveries to remote and rural areas may take longer than standard estimated timeframes. We recommend selecting Express Post if your delivery address is in a regional or remote location and timely delivery is important to you.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

All PuriFibre orders are sent with up to $100 compensation coverage included through Australia Post. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@purifibre7.com as soon as possible with your order number and tracking details so we can investigate and assist you. Please note that once an order has been dispatched and transferred to Australia Post, PuriFibre is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier. However, we will do everything we can to help resolve the issue on your behalf.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. PuriFibre is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@purifibre7.com. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
